Characteristics:
- The microscope is operable in transmission or reflection or in ATR (Ge) mode; there are currently two detectors installed: TGS and ARRAY-MCT. The ARRAY-MCT detector ensures a high scanning speed;
- The measuring range is between 400 – 4000 cm-1 or 600 – 4000 cm-1
(depending on the detector); - 1.7 µm spectral resolution;
- Video magnification 15x (upgradeable to 50x).
